Account Data Analyst

Job Title: Account Data Analyst
Department: Operations
Reports to: Systems Configuration Manager

Main Responsibility (purpose/objective)

Support Client projects including site configuration and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
Assist in developing and implementing best practices to achieve and enhance services objectives, ensuring efficiency and high-quality outcomes.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Assist with the set up and configuration during implementation and annual renewal.
Maintain understanding of internal systems to drive process improvement, troubleshoot discrepancies, and continued configuration needs.
Import demographic, dependent, beneficiary, enrollment and other configuration data from various sources.
Quality testing on client sites, audit system set up and assistance in data discrepancies between Third party vendors and/or payroll systems.
Prepare, configure and test complex Excel data files, perform data mapping and conduct thorough data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Assist in other special projects as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience and relevant analyst experience.
Experience in Employee Benefits or other Human Resources fields.
Strategically oriented and forward thinking, adept at discerning trends within data and identifying strategic implications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound and quick decisions in a self-directed environment, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
