Account Executive – COBRA/Pre-tax

Job Title: Account Executive, COBRA/Pre-Tax
Department: COBRA/Pre-Tax Operations
Reports to: Client Services Manager

Main Responsibility (purpose/objective)

  • Manage relationships with Client Services teams, Clients, and Broker Partners with a focus on improving products and services, to retain the book of business managed.
  • Ensures all work delivered to the clients is completed accurately and with the highest degree of quality, emphasis on a “best practice” approach and administered in accordance with federal regulations.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Client Services teams, Clients, and Broker Partners
  • Maintain thorough understanding of internal systems and federal compliance.
  • Triage customer correspondence and technical issues for clients, escalating to both internal and external teams when necessary to resolve issues
  • Implement new groups assigned including check in calls and testing of system functionality to ensure accuracy of configuration and train clients on new and existing system features
  • Coordinate the Open Enrollment process for each client within their assigned portfolio, which includes handling all communication with the client, delegating appropriate tasks to internal teams, maintaining quality assurance
  • Build and update site
  • Process elections, payments and claims on COBRA and Pre-Tax accounts.
  • Run month-end report

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Minimum of 4+ years of previous COBRA and Pre-Tax service experience
  • Proven customer services ability with a professional and helpful demeanor
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills for all personnel levels
  • Strong computer skills with immediate to advance knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with WEX Health COBRA platform preferred.
